We are looking for an experienced and result-driven HR Manager with strong expertise in payroll management, team handling, and HR operations to join our growing organization.

Experience Required: 6+ Years
Role: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.
- Oversee employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle attendance management, leave administration, and HR operations.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and process improvements.
- Coordinate with finance and other departments for payroll reconciliation and HR reporting.
- Support recruitment activities and workforce planning as required.
- Maintain HRMS records and generate MIS reports for management review.

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on payroll processing and team management.
- Hands-on experience in payroll software/HRMS and statutory compliance.
- Proven ability to lead and manage HR teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and HRMS tools.

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
