We are looking for an experienced and organized Dispatch Manager to oversee our daily dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely deliveries, manage dispatch schedules, coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff, and maintain high levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily dispatch operations.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transportation teams.
- Schedule and assign deliveries to drivers.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.
- Resolve delivery issues and communicate with customers when required.
- Optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
