About the Role
Everymedia Technologies is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of experience to manage and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Native Advertising platforms. Candidates with prior experience in a digital marketing agency will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Display, Demand Gen, Traffic, Conversion, and Engagement campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Implement and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, lead generation, and overall business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates.

Required Skills





- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Native Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Search, Display, and Demand Generation campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and optimization skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Background

- 3–4 years of relevant performance marketing experience.
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency.
