Job Title: Café Manager

Location: Chennai
Experience: 3–6 Years
Industry: QSR / Café / Restaurant

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily café operations and staff.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Achieve sales and operational targets.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
- Monitor inventory, cash handling, and stock control.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Coordinate with the Area Manager and Head Office.

Requirements:

- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality (preferred).
- 3–6 years of café/QSR/restaurant experience.
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
