Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Maintenance for our textile spinning unit. The candidate should have strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, machine troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance in cotton yarn manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle maintenance activities of spinning machinery and equipment
- Ensure smooth functioning of plant machinery with minimum downtime
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Monitor machine performance and improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate with production team for uninterrupted operations
- Maintain maintenance records and schedules
- Supervise maintenance staff and technicians
- Ensure safety standards and maintenance compliance
Required Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of spinning machinery maintenance
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Team handling and coordination skills
- Valuable communication and reporting skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
