Job Title: Customer Support & Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide professional customer support through chat, email, and internal systems (non-voice/limited voice support as required).
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer information, records, and transactions in the CRM/database systems.
- Respond to customer queries promptly while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all documentation is completed correctly and in compliance with company policies and process guidelines.
- Identify discrepancies or priority issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams in a timely manner.
- Maintain high standards of data confidentiality and quality.
- Meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time targets consistently.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve individual and team objectives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
- Good written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are an advantage).




- Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience in customer support, data entry, or back-office operations is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
