Job Title: Billing Engineer
Location: Hyderabad (Travel to project sites as required)

Job Summary

The Billing Engineer is responsible for preparing, verifying, and managing project bills, ensuring accurate cost estimation, and coordinating with various teams for proper financial documentation. This role requires site visits to verify work progress, measure quantities, and ensure timely and accurate billing whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Cost Estimation:

- Prepare running and final bills for contractors and vendors based on work progress.
- Verify work done at the site and ensure accurate billing as per project scope.
- Calculate quantities from engineering drawings and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Monitor contract variations and ensure accurate financial reconciliation.

Site Coordination & Verification:

- Travel to project sites to verify work progress and measurements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers for accurate billing data.




- Ensure compliance with project specifications before processing bills.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Maintain records of work done, invoices, and payments.
- Track contract scope, variations, and claims related to billing.
- Prepare reports on billing status, cost utilization, and pending invoices.
- Liaise with finance and accounts departments for timely payment processing.

Required Qualifications

- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 1-3 years in billing, cost estimation, or quantity surveying
- Proficiency in MS Excel for billing and cost estimation.
- Robust knowledge of AutoCAD, Drawing reading, BOQ preparation, and contract billing.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
