Mandatory Requirements

- Fluency in Telugu (Mandatory)
- Good communication skills in English or Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Own Laptop/Desktop with a stable internet connection.
- Quiet work environment for handling customer calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive customer experience through effective communication.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM/software accurately.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
- Meet daily productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication in Telugu.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Previous experience in customer support or BPO is preferred but not mandatory.
