ForPlanet Ingredients is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations at our Bengaluru facility. The role involves inventory management, material handling, and close coordination with the production team to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and material issuance
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of raw materials and finished goods
- Coordinate closely with the production team to understand material requirements and ensure timely issuance of items for uninterrupted production
- Monitor stock levels and proactively inform relevant teams to prevent shortages or excess inventory
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as GRNs, stock registers, and material issue slips
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records
- Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for timely inward and outward movement of goods
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards in the store area
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and discipline within the store
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of inventory management and store operations
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems preferred
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Good communication skills
