Position: PVC R&D; Executive

Walkaroo International Pvt Ltd is one of India’s leading footwear manufacturers, known for quality, innovation, and large-scale production operations. We are looking for dedicated and energetic candidates to join our shoe manufacturing plant operations team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize PVC compounds for footwear applications such as soles, straps, and other PVC components.
- Conduct research and trials to improve product quality, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Formulate and modify PVC recipes based on customer and production requirements.
- Evaluate raw materials, additives, plasticizers, stabilizers, fillers, and pigments for product development.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Procurement teams to ensure successful implementation of new formulations.
- Analyze production issues related to PVC compounds and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure all developed compounds meet quality, durability, and performance standards.
- Maintain detailed records of formulations, laboratory trials, testing results, and product specifications.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in PVC compounding processes and product innovation.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures during R&D; activities.

Eligibility Criteria





- Diploma in Polymer Technology or a related Polymer/Plastic Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in PVC Compounding, preferably in the Footwear Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong knowledge of PVC resin, plasticizers, stabilizers, fillers, pigments, lubricants, and other compounding additives.
- Experience in developing and optimizing PVC formulations for footwear products.
- Must be willing to relocate to Bahadurgarh, Haryana.

Preferred Skills

- Strong understanding of PVC compounding processes and material behavior.
- Experience in laboratory testing, formulation development, and product validation.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot compounding and processing-related issues.
- Knowledge of quality standards and manufacturing practices in the footwear industry.
- Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and technical record maintenance.
- Passion for innovation and continuous product development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,500.00 per month
