Job Description:

- Should have expertise knowledge on Visa process for various countries especially Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, UK and other European Countries in regards to documentation,



processing and online submission.
- Responsible for client handling and providing them the required services related to immigration program the clients opted for.
- Collating the documents and sending the set of documents to the concerned Embassy/Consulate and/or uploading those to submitting the same.
- Interacting with clients for document collection and submission to the relevant assessing bodies and high commission.
- Should be able to work under crisis circumstances, consistently maintain high quality service standards with attention to detail.
- Should also advise the business units and other relevant departments in case of any changes in existing processes for obtaining relevant visas.
- Should be process oriented with customer service as a key focus, constant follow up mechanism, and good in reporting, do a lot of research and provide information to the team.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Should have minimum 1-3 years of experience in the same field
- Knowledge of other country visa processing would be an added advantage
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Handling end to end immigration activities from initial assessing stage till visa grant.
- Expertise on documentation.
