Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Analysis & Bid Strategy

- Analyze tender documents, specifications, and contracts to understand scope, risks, and requirements.

- To Check if the company can deliver profitably and meet all technical & commercial terms.

- Build the Bill of Materials and cost estimates with procurement and finance.

- Analyze vendor quotations and subcontractor pricing.

2.Project Documentation

- Prepare, maintain, and update project documents, reports, and records.

- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all project documentation.

3. Quantity Statement

- Maintain an up-to-date Quantity Statement for ongoing work, tracking:

- Executed quantities

- Pending quantities

- Variations or changes

- Ensure accuracy and reconcile with project records and measurements.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
