Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day branch operations.
- Monitor branch performance and customer experience.
- Support audit and reporting activities.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze sales and operational data.
- Help implement strategies to improve efficiency and revenue.
- Learn and follow company SOPs and quality standards.
- Travel between branches when required.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Marketing,

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to travel between Kollam and Thiruvananthapuram.
