## About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated Freshers and Interns to join our Field Sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in sales while gaining hands-on experience in the fast-growing EdTech industry. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
## Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and educational outreach.
* Meet prospective students and parents to explain our courses and learning solutions.
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
* Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
* Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational institutions to create awareness about our programs.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
* Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
* Represent the company professionally during field visits and promotional events.
## Eligibility
* Graduate or pursuing final year of graduation (any discipline).
* Freshers and interns are encouraged to apply.
* Candidates with internship or sales experience will have an added advantage.
* Must be willing to travel within the assigned area.
## Required Skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Basic negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
