Business Development Executive (MBA Marketing)

Position: Business Development Executive
Experience: 0–1 Year
Qualification: MBA in Marketing (Freshers are welcome)
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and target customers.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.





Required Skills

- MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.

Eligibility

- MBA in Marketing only.
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply).
- Strong verbal and written English communication preferred.
