To ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, tax

management, and effective coordination of audits in line with company

policies and regulatory requirements, thereby supporting overall financial

integrity and business decision-making.

1. Taxation:

 Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory

returns within defined timelines.

 Manage tax audits, assessments, and correspondence with tax

authorities.

 Handle advance tax computation, provisions, and reconciliations

accurately.

 Assist in tax planning and optimization while ensuring compliance

with applicable laws.

 Stay updated on amendments in tax laws and implement

necessary process improvements.

2. Accounts & Finance:

 Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, bank

reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.

 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements –

P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

 Monitor inventory accounting, fixed assets register, and

depreciation schedules.

 Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and management reporting.

 Support MIS preparation and analysis to ensure accurate financial

data for management decisions.

3. Audit (Internal & Statutory):





 Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for timely

completion of audits.

 Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting

documents as required.

 Ensure compliance with audit observations and facilitate

corrective/preventive actions.

 Conduct internal checks and process reviews to strengthen

financial controls and compliance.

Desired Competencies Technical / Functional Skills & Competencies:

 Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial

reporting

 Expertise in SAP / ERP systems

 Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Tally, and accounting

software

 Familiarity with audit processes, statutory compliance, and

internal controls

Education & Experience Educational Qualification:

 Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.

Industry Experience:

 5–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

 Experience in Fertilizer / Chemical / Manufacturing Industry

preferred.

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
