Job Description: PPC Executive

We are looking for a performance-driven PPC Executive to plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads for Makes360 clients across multiple industries.
The ideal candidate should be analytical, results-focused, and passionate about performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis
- Write and optimize ad copies aligned with campaign goals
- Manage budgets, bids, quality score, and overall campaign performance
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Implement and manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns
- Track conversions using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform pixels
- Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights
- Coordinate with content, design, and strategy teams for ad creatives
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices

Required Skills & Expertise

- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager




- Solid understanding of:
- Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
- Conversion tracking and attribution
- Knowledge of:
- Remarketing & audience segmentation
- Smart bidding strategies & funnel-based advertising
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously

KPIs & Performance Targets

- Cost per Lead (CPL) / Cost per Acquisition (CPA) optimization
- Improvement in ROAS and conversion rates
- Consistent growth in campaign ROI
- Lead quality and funnel performance improvement
