About the Role

JK Electric Contractor LLP is looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Head – Lithium-Ion Battery to lead plant operations, team management, procurement, planning, and quality control. The ideal candidate should have experience in Lithium-Ion Battery systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the overall operations and administration of the Lithium-Ion Battery plant.

Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.

Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials and components.

Develop operational plans and monitor project execution.

Ensure quality standards, safety practices, and compliance with company policies.

Coordinate with engineering, R&D;, quality, and supply chain teams.

Monitor inventory levels and optimize resource utilization.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

Prepare operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards for management.





Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and customer commitments.

Handle budgeting, planning, and cost optimization initiatives.

5–7 years of experience in Lithium-Ion Battery, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), EV Batteries, Renewable Energy, or related industries.

Proven experience in leading teams, procurement, operations, and project coordination.
