We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to lead our human resources function and build a positive, high-performing workplace. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and compliance while supporting the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
- Handle employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive, productive, and professional work culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Solid communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
