Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, maximizing sales, managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Manage the day-to-day operations of all bar outlets.

Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the outlets.

Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.

Team Management

Supervise, train, and motivate bar staff, captains, and bartenders.

Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.

Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.

Ensure grooming and service standards are maintained.

Inventory & Cost Control

Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.

Control beverage costs, wastage, and pilferage.

Coordinate with purchasing and stores for timely replenishment.

Verify daily sales and stock reports.

Sales & Revenue





Drive beverage sales through promotions and upselling.

Plan and execute special events and theme nights.

Monitor outlet performance and achieve revenue targets.

Analyze sales trends and recommend improvements.

Guest Relations

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bar operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
