- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
- Issue materials to production or other departments as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software and physical registers.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), stock reports, and inventory records.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, and 5S standards within the store.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics personnel, and internal departments for smooth material flow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and audit requirements.
- Assist during internal and external inventory audits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar) is preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
