Roles & Responsibility

The Principal Product Manager will define and oversee the product roadmap, ensuringalignment across Product, Technology, and all departments. This role balancescustomer success and product innovation, driving growth through strategic productrequirements and execution.Key Responsibilities: Lead and own the product lifecycle from ideation to execution and adoption. Own product design and development for our creative software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product opportunities andensure product success. Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product strategy. Monitor product performance and provide insights to stakeholders. Analyze data to guide product decisions. Create clear and actionable product requirements for Engineering and Designteams. Ensure alignment of priorities and delivery expectations across teams.

Requirements





Core Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 8+ years of experience in enterprise software, with 6+ years in productmanagement (B2B experience preferred). Proven track record of launching innovative solutions and driving customeradoption. Self-starter with a proactive, and can-do attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging bothbusiness and technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, evangelizing productvision, and managing backlogs. Proficient in agile methodologies; familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA,Confluence) and Aha! Product tools is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiplepriorities. Experience in P2P software and the Hospitality industry is a plus.
