Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives for Elara Healthcare in Ajmer. You will assist in brand promotion, patient outreach, digital marketing activities, local campaigns, and relationship building to increase awareness and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate patient inquiries.
- Assist in managing digital marketing activities across social media and online platforms.
- Coordinate local promotional activities, health camps, awareness programs, and events.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and referral partners.
- Support social media content planning and online reputation management.




- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
- Coordinate with vendors for marketing materials, branding, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and track competitor activities.
- Support the marketing team in achieving monthly lead generation and business objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Healthcare, hospital, or IVF industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to coordinate events and promotional activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to travel locally when required.
