Job Title: Sales Executive – Cold Calling

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in cold calling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
- Explain company products and services to potential customers.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, telecalling, or inside sales.
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Positive negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.
