Key Responsibilities:

Patient Coordination:

•

Provide front-line, supportive, and courteous service to all patients and visitors.

•

Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, consultations, and treatments.

•

Liaise with consultants to manage changes in appointments and schedules.

•

Assist patients with registration, billing, and information related to procedures, treatments, and surgeries.

•

Inform consultants of patient arrivals and ensure smooth communication across OPD services.

•

Maintain patient records and appointment data through the Hospital Information System (HIS).

•

Adhere to hospital policies, including emergency procedures.

Patient Care and Guest Relations:

•

Communicate courteously and sensitively with patients and visitors.

•

Arrange or assist in arranging patient transportation and transfers for emergencies or day-care surgeries.

•

Escort and assist VIP patients,



ensuring comfort and confidentiality.

Stock and Supplies:

•

Monitor OPD waiting areas and consultation rooms for cleanliness, stationery, and maintenance needs.

•

Ensure adequate availability of prescription pads, patient files, and other materials.

•

Oversee upkeep of amenities such as water, newspapers, and information kiosks.

Maintenance and Cleanliness:

•

Ensure OPD areas, including toilets and lobby, are kept clean and well-maintained.

•

Report and coordinate repairs or maintenance issues with the Manager, Front Desk & OPD

Pay: From ₹21,000.00 per month
