We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Salesforce Lead to drive end-to-end CRM implementations across diverse business use cases. You will lead development across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, manage integrations, and guide teams to deliver scalable, high-quality CRM solutions.

If you have strong technical expertise in Salesforce, along with leadership in solution design, development, integrations, and DevOps, this role is the right fit.

Skills

Key Skills

- 7+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with leadership exposure.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce custom development.
- Strong command over Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, and Gearset.
- Strong experience in system architecture, scalability, and integrations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.




- Salesforce Application Architect certification.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure architecture.
- Oversee development across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Mentor and guide developers and administrators.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows using DevOps tools.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce platforms.
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and incorporate relevant enhancements.
