Senior Medical Biller – US Healthcare
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in end-to-end Medical Billing processes, Accounts Receivable management, claim resolution, and payer communications within the US Healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage medical claims processing and billing operations
- Perform AR follow-up and denial management
- Ensure timely claim submission and reimbursement tracking
- Work on insurance verification and payment posting
- Coordinate with providers, insurance companies, and internal teams
- Maintain compliance with US Healthcare billing standards and regulations
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in US Medical Billing/RCM
- Solid understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers
- Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR and billing platforms
- Excellent communication and analytical skills (English)
- Strong attention to detail and process accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare BPO or RCM companies
- Exposure to multi-specialty billing processes
- Prior experience handling US physician/practice accounts
- Experience in dealing with E/M, IP, OP, PCP
