We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead and execute hospitality construction and renovation projects while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction and renovation projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Supervise site activities and ensure construction quality meets company standards and statutory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource planning to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management.
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate procurement of construction materials and monitor vendor performance.
- Support project handover, snag rectification,



and final project documentation.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil) is mandatory.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in civil construction and project management.
- Prior experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, commercial, or premium real estate projects will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of civil construction, finishing works, MEP coordination, and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and deliver projects within budget and timelines.
- Knowledge of statutory approvals, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in hotel construction, refurbishment, or hospitality development projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent planning, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad will be preferred.
