Job Description:

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IAM / Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Support Engineer to manage and support enterprise identity infrastructure across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments. The ideal candidate should have robust troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with hybrid identity, and expertise in identity and access management technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments
- Handle User Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover & Leaver)
- Troubleshoot authentication, AD replication, synchronization, and hybrid identity issues
- Manage Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and Enterprise Applications
- Support critical escalations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and problem management
- Ensure identity governance, security compliance, and access management
- Administer Azure AD Connect, Group Policies (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and ADFS
- Work on Incident, Problem,



and Change Management as per ITIL processes

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft Certifications (SC-300, AZ-104, MCSE, MCSA, or MCITP)
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Identity Governance (PIM, Access Reviews)
- Knowledge of Zero Trust Security

Pay: ₹346,778.35 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
