We have urgent requirement of Quality Inspector

Education Qualification - Diploma Mechanical Engineering.

Experience - 02 to 05 Years Experience in Quality Department.

Job Description -

- Visual inspection of castings at various stages.
- Cylinder head daily cut section report.
- Casuals work allocation and output management.
- Casting weight verification as per plan.
- Lay out marking of castings as per annual plan.
- 3D scanning of castings during lay out.
- Critical dimensions verification of parts as per production plan.
- Verification of trial parts and entry in trial reports.
- Verification of NPD parts/samples and ISIR preparation.
- External rejection verification.

Skills Required -

- Candidate having knowledge of Quality instruments like Boregauge, Micro meter, Vernier, Height Gauge.
- Having knowledge to understand the Engineering Drawing.
- Having knowledge of CMM checking.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
