Project Management

- Lead end-to-end execution of firefighting system projects.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and government authorities.

Technical Management

- Review and approve fire fighting system designs and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, NFPA, IS Codes, TAC guidelines, and local fire authority regulations.
- Provide technical guidance for sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, fire alarm systems, gas suppression systems, foam systems, and fire pumps.
- Resolve technical issues during project execution as per IS / Local Fire Authority.

Team Leadership

- Lead project managers, site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Allocate manpower and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular review meetings and mentor team members.
- Identify training needs and enhance technical competency within the department.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Attend project review meetings and provide regular progress updates.




- Handle client escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support business development through technical presentations and project discussions.

Procurement & Cost Control

- Coordinate with procurement for timely material sourcing.
- Monitor project costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Review vendor quotations and recommend suitable suppliers.
- Ensure effective inventory planning and material management.

Quality & Safety

- Ensure adherence to company Quality Management Systems.
- Implement site safety procedures and statutory compliance.
- Conduct quality inspections and safety audits.
- Ensure zero major safety incidents across project sites.

Commercial & Documentation

- Review project BOQs, estimates, contracts, and variation orders.
- Monitor billing milestones and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and compliance records.
- Support internal and external audits.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per month
