Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Jalandhar
Night Shift: 9PM -6AM ( 1 hour break including)
Salary: based on experience

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and qualified networks
- Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire,



cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance ratio
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

Educational Qualifications:

- MBA (HR) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with ATS and HRMS systems
- Exposure to bulk hiring / lateral hiring (as per requirement)
