Job Description – Quality Executive

Position: Quality Executive
Department: Quality Control
Location: Head Office (Pitampura , Delhi)
Experience: 2–3 Years (Compounding Industry)
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Ensure products meet internal quality standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain quality records, test reports, and inspection documents.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, and Sales teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Monitor quality parameters and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company quality systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills





- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Plastic Compounding Industry.
- Hands-on experience in handling customer complaints and quality testing.
- Good knowledge of testing instruments and quality control procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Preferred Qualification

- B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Tech./Diploma in Polymer Technology, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.
