Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Khurda, Sarua
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HR Executive who is well-versed in all core HR functions, including payroll management, statutory compliance (ESIC, PF), and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Manage payroll processing, salary structure, and attendance records
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, and labour laws
- Handle PF & ESIC registration, returns filing, and documentation
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and documentation
- Manage leave, attendance, and employee benefits
- Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations
- Support performance appraisal and HR policy implementation
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations





Requirements:

- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance is mandatory
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi; Odia preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities independently

Qualification:

- MBA / BBA / Graduate
