We are seeking a responsible and experienced Hostel Warden with 3 years of experience in managing residential hostels, schools, or educational institutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and student management skills and be capable of maintaining discipline, ensuring student safety, and overseeing the daily operations of the hostel.

This is a residential position. Candidates should apply only if they are willing to stay inside the campus.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hostel and ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure the safety, discipline, welfare, and well-being of all hostel students.
- Monitor student attendance, study hours, meal timings, and daily routines.
- Maintain discipline and ensure students follow hostel rules and institutional policies.
- Build positive relationships with students by providing guidance, support, and mentoring.
- Coordinate with teachers, hostel staff, housekeeping, security, and management for effective hostel administration.
- Handle student concerns, emergencies, and disciplinary matters promptly and professionally.
- Maintain hostel records, attendance registers, visitor logs, and daily reports.
- Communicate with parents regarding student welfare and hostel-related matters whenever required.
- Conduct regular inspections of hostel rooms to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution.
- Assist during admissions, parent visits, school events, and hostel-related activities.
- Ensure a healthy, safe, and positive residential environment for all students.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.




- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hostel Warden or in hostel/residential school administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and student-handling skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and make quick decisions.
- Must be willing to stay inside the campus (Residential role).
