First Advisor Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team in Mumbai.

Express Zone, Office No. 410, A Wing,
Western Express Highway, Malad East,
Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400063

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and transactions.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and vouchers.
- Handle bank reconciliations and maintain banking records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and support month-end accounting processes.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as required.

Eligibility

- B.Com / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.




- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
