Role overview

We are hiring a skilled IT Support Associate to manage day-to-day IT operations at our Udaipur office. The role involves user and network management, IT support, infrastructure maintenance, and cloud services administration to ensure smooth and secure IT operations.

Key responsibilities

Manage user accounts, access provisioning, and onboarding/offboarding processes.

Administer network infrastructure including ISP, Wi-Fi, firewalls (Sophos), and servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS).

Provide technical support for hardware, laptops, biometric systems, and conference A/V setups.

Monitor, create, and back up virtual machines (VMs) for production and development.

Manage cloud services including Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID.

Handle IT procurement, asset audits, and inventory management.

Support internal applications (HROne, DeskTime, PO tracking) and assist in IT compliance audits.





Required skills and experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

3–4 years of experience in IT administration, support, and infrastructure management.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configuration.

Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.

Familiarity with SQL databases, backup systems, and endpoint security solutions.

Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, network, and software issues.

Excellent communication skills, customer-first attitude, and knowledge of IT compliance frameworks; certifications like Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or Sophos are a plus.
