Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings.
- Revise drawings based on client, architect, or engineer feedback.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and site layouts.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and company standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve design conflicts.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and material estimation from drawings.
- Support construction teams by providing updated drawings during execution.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Knowledge of construction drawings and drafting standards.




- Understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP concepts.
- Familiarity with software such as Revit, SketchUp, Civil 3D, or MS Office is an advantage.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- AutoCAD certification is often preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
