About the Role
Yuva Trip Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Visa Executive to join our growing team. If you have robust expertise in handling visa applications, documentation, and client coordination, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end visa processing for various countries.
- Assist clients in completing visa application forms (online & offline).
- Verify and organize visa documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS/visa application centers, and other authorities for submissions and follow-ups.
- Track application status and provide timely updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, documents, and communications.
- Resolve client queries professionally and ensure a smooth visa process.
- Stay updated with the latest visa rules, documentation requirements, and immigration guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in visa processing, preferably with a travel agency or visa consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures for multiple countries.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online visa portals.
