2. Communication & Correspondence
- Direct incoming telephone calls efficiently and handle general email inquiries.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and official correspondence.
3. Scheduling & Daily Operations
- Oversee meeting room reservations and coordinate office calendars.
- Monitor and restock office stationery, inventory, and essential supplies.
- Coordinate hospitality arrangements, including refreshments and lunches for guests.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems.
