Role Overview

We are looking for a creative powerhouse and a master storyteller to join our team as a Senior Content Creator. With at least 5 years of professional experience in digital content production, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s visual identity across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.

Your mission is simple but ambitious: transform our products into viral, high-conversion video content. We aren’t just looking for someone who can film; we need a strategist who understands trend cycles, platform algorithms, and the art of "the hook."

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Production: Script, film, and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form content that aligns with our brand voice.
- Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of social media trends, audio cues, and platform updates to ensure our content remains relevant and discoverable.
- Product Storytelling: Create engaging product demos, unboxings, and lifestyle content that highlights our value proposition and drives sales.
- Performance Analysis: Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze video metrics and iterate on creative strategies based on audience engagement and conversion data.
- Community Engagement: Design content that encourages interaction, saves, and shares to build a loyal community around our e-commerce stores.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in content creation, video production,



or digital marketing (preferably for e-commerce or consumer brands).
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level skills in mobile and desktop editing suites (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro).
- Platform Fluency: Deep understanding of the specific "language" of TikTok vs. Instagram vs. YouTube—knowing what works where and why.
- Visual Aesthetic: An eye for lighting, framing, and sound design that makes mobile content look professional yet authentic.
- On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable either being the face of the brand or directing talent to ensure high-energy, relatable performances.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with motion graphics and basic 2D animation.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and how to create content that complements creator collaborations.
- Basic photography skills for high-quality product stills.
