Job Summary: Experienced Business Development professional with 5+ years of expertise in infrastructure and engineering consultancy. Responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing the complete tender and bid process, preparing technical and financial proposals, and driving business growth for national and international projects.

Key Responsibilities:
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities through government and private sector tenders.
 Manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle, including EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, technical and financial proposals.
 Coordinate with internal teams, clients, associates, and Joint Venture (JV) partners for successful bid submissions.
 Prepare proposal documents, technical data sheets, work plans,



and compliance documentation.
 Support infrastructure consultancy projects such as Highways, Bridges, DPRs, Feasibility Studies, Construction Supervision, Authority Engineer (AE), Independent Engineer (IE), and Operation & Maintenance (O&M;).
 Identify and manage JV partners, consultants, and technical experts, including INFRACON CV evaluation and formatting.
 Maintain client relationships, monitor market opportunities, and contribute to business growth strategies.
 Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submission of bids and tender documentation.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
