Job Responsibilities for Warehouse Manager:

- Must have worked on raw components that is resistors,capacitors,inductors,transistors and have experience on raw material management from starting till end process

- Must be from electronic industry(EMS industry)

- Must have experience working as Warehouse Manager with experience in warehouse management,inventory management and store management

- Lead a team of inventory and warehouse workers to receive and record current stock as it comes in, and move stock onto trucks or store shelves as needed.

- Responsible to hire employees, create schedules, monitor stock levels at the warehouse and know when to replenish stock.

- Ensure updation of ERP when stock is received and shipped out.

- Must ensure that accurate records of supplies, products, and materials are maintained.





- Develop and implement inventory strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess/obsolete inventory.

- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams to forecast demand and align inventory with business goals.

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rate, shrinkage, and stock turnover.

- Oversee all raw material warehouse activities including receiving, storage, sampling,issuance, and dispatch to production.

- Ensure accurate material identification, labelling, lot traceability, and proper segregation as per regulatory and safety requirements.
