Data Analyst

- Develop and maintain end-to-end ETL pipelines using ETL tools to extract, transform, and load data from enterprise systems into data warehouse for reporting and analytics.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, including SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support business functions such as Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Sales etc.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable reporting solutions and data models.
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the report development lifecycle.
- Write and optimize complex SQL and SOQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and performance improvement.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation,



and quality checks to ensure accurate and reliable business reporting.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to ETL workflows, Tableau data sources, dashboard refreshes, and database operations to ensure continuous data availability and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with business users, SAP functional teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve ETL performance, reporting processes, and overall data management practices.

Technologies: SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Pentaho Data Integration (PDI), PostgreSQL, Tableau Desktop, Tableau Cloud, Tableau Prep, SQL, Python, Excel.

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the field of Data Analytics and Visualization
