We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of Carton boxes. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.

We expect you to have deep know-how in production procedures. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. If you are up to it, we’d like to talk to you.

The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.

He is responsible for:

- Overseeing the production process, as per production schedule received from Planning department and carry out the systematic production
- Fixing production targets based on inputs from Production OEE
- Adjust workers as required to maintain cost ratios and as per drawn production schedules
- Efficiently execute the production plans




- Ensuring that the products are produced on agreed time and are of agreed quality
- Ensuring that the production is cost effective
- Efficient utilization of the available resources for production
- Building team spirit among the workers and also motivating by the means of personal involvement.
- Check all reports prepared by supervisors for accuracy and completeness & maintain records and analyze systems for improvement on processes and ensuring all those records are updated with ERP regularly.
- Working with Plant Head / GM to implement company's policies and goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
