Knowledgeable in Security Policy Configuration - Independently configure NAT, ACLs, and advanced firewall rules on Juniper, Checkpoint, and FortiGate platforms.

Routing and Switching Troubleshooting - Diagnose and resolve L2/L3 network issues on Juniper RandS devices, ensuring minimal downtime.

Security Event Analysis and Compliance Checks -Use vendor tools to analyze security events, validate policy compliance, and prepare periodic reports.

Patch and Firmware Management - Execute planned OS upgrades, security patches,



and hotfixes on firewalls and network devices following change control.

Communicates clearly, concisely, and professionally across all levels of interaction. Works efficiently within cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment during issue resolution. Handles escalations effectively by providing comprehensive analysis, relevant logs, and detailed observations to higher-level teams, enabling faster and more accurate resolution.

Supervises junior employees, ensures delivery quality and standards adherence, and supports onboarding, training, and stakeholder coordination.

Provides second-level support, reviews junior employees work, and offers day-to-day guidance to improve quality and first-time resolution.
