Forms+Surfaces is looking for Design Engineer to join our team!

Job Location: Hadapsar, Pune

Scope and responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed customer service drawings, elevations of façade systems
- Reviews of contractual documents to determine scope of work and scope change
- Prepares detailed manufacturing drawings with BOM

Required qualifications, skills and experiences:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/ architecture, any professional courses in designing will be an added advantage
- Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in reading & drafting architectural layouts
- Working experience in façade systems at least 3-4 years of working experience in AutoCAD
- AutoCAD Mechanical is an added advantage
- Good knowledge and hands on experience of drawing presentation, elevation presentation, critical dimensioning,



view presentations and parts list preparation
- Good knowledge of concept design with manufacturing feasibilities
- Good knowledge of material selection bought out parts selection, hardware/fasteners selection
- Experience in working with multiple discipline projects (Multitasked)
- Good knowledge of shop floor activities like drawing releases & design troubleshooting
- Must have quality checking experience engineering drawings, BOM, layouts
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal, written, and presentation skills)
- Working knowledge of ERP, Revit and blue beam will be an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting is essential, with a high degree of flexibility and tolerance for change

Reporting to:

- Deputy General Manager - AP Engineering
- Will have high interaction and direct guidance form Engineering and Manufacturing teams from USA
