JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring an Accounts & Procurement Executive to manage our financial operations and raw material sourcing. This is a dual-function role suited to a candidate with a strong foundation in both accounting and purchase/vendor management, ideally from a textile or manufacturing background.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers

- Handle GST filing, TDS returns, and statutory compliance

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations

- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow

- Prepare monthly MIS reports and P&L; statements





- Liaise with auditors and the company's CA firm

Procurement

- Source raw materials including silk, zari, and natural fibres

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors

- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers

- Raise and track purchase orders

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team

- Manage supplier relationships and drive cost optimisation

REQUIREMENTS

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounts and procurement

- Prior experience in the textile or manufacturing sector is preferred

- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Busy, or similar accounting software

- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting

- Fluency in Hindi or Gujarati; English communication is an added advantage
