- Detailed Job description :
- Project Planning: Responsible for the creation and monitoring of comprehensive project plans. ~~ - Risk Management: Identify risks associated with the plan and devise as well as implement effective risk mitigation measures. ~~ - Implementation Tracking: Track project implementations, including all relevant procurements. ~~ - SDLC Oversight: Implement SDLC processes, covering change management, incident management, release management,
and maintaining tracking documentation. ~~ - Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all IT projects and system changes comply with SEBI guidelines and internal exchange audit requirements. ~~ - Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Manage relationships with technology vendors and internal departments (like Operations or Surveillance) to ensure project deliverables meet business specifications. ~~
- Ideal Candidate:
- Professional Experience: 5–8 years of experience specifically in Technology Project management. ~~ - Industry Exposure: Experience in major project implementation within a BFSI organization across software and technology infrastructure is preferred. ~~ - Methodologies: Proven SDLC experience, including proficiency in Agile methodologies. ~~ - Core Certifications: Must be PMP certified or hold an equivalent certificate. ~~ - Additional Certifications: Certifications such as ITIL, Prince, etc., are highly desirable. ~~
