A Retail Sales Associate serves as the face of the store, responsible for driving sales and creating a positive shopping experience. They assist customers, process transactions, maintain store displays, and manage inventory. This role requires strong communication skills and basic math.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet shoppers, assist them in finding merchandise, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Sales & Promotion: Upsell products, explain product features, and promote loyalty programs or current sales to meet store targets.
- Cash Handling: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process payments (cash, card), and manage returns or exchanges accurately.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and displays clean, organized, and visually appealing according to brand standards.
- Inventory Management: Restock shelves, receive incoming shipments, and assist with stock counts.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor the floor for suspicious activity and report security issues.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically preferred, though not always strictly required.
- Experience: Prior customer service or retail experience is a strong plus, especially for high-end or specialty retail.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for extended periods, move around the store frequently, and lift up to 25 to 50 lbs.
- Scheduling: Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
